BAG PALLETIZING ROBOTIC SYSTEM
RECMI's palletizing robots are designed to palletize bags of different formats in a traditional way on pallets or boxes. The specific multifunction gripper allows the loading of the product, its removal on a pallet or in a box. It has been designed to ensure maximum respect for the handling of the product.
The palletizing robot is usually associated with a product routing system and a pallet management system.
Robotic bag pallet solutions
Our bag palletizing solutions are designed to meet specific production needs : bag size, bag weight, palletising, and placement into boxes.
For example our unique gripping tool - retractable pallet gripper - adapted to a robot's arm, allows the treatment of different formats but also the possibility to deposit bags either onto a pallet or in cardboard boxes. The tool also has the functionality to insert tabs.
