Robotized case packing cells allow the packing of various products, packages, bags, strapped products, glas containers... Depending on the product, the robots are equipped with specific grippers (grippers, suction cups, etc.) which guarantee the respect of the product. The rates are adapted to the productions.
Glas container case packing
Robotic case packing solutions allow case packing into multiple case sizes. Grouping systems, batch preparation, collectors, accumulation belts contribute to the rationalization of the filling of boxes to obtain the desired rates. The robots equipped with specific grippers carry out the crating while respecting the product.
The flexibility of robotic solutions allows multiple configurations, different batches, different formats of pots, boxes. Depending on the desired degree of automation, we integrate additional modules such as carton forming, closing and labeling. Depending on the needs of production, logistics, options such as visual recognition, weighing can also be added.
